STEP 1
EVALUATION OF YOUR NEEDS

STEP 2
FIRST CONTACT WITH THE SALES TEAM

STEP 3
THE CHOICE OF YOUR PROPERTY

STEP 4
MORTGAGE APPROVAL
When the contract is signed, we submit the file to the banking institution. The banking institution and the client have 10 days to provide us with their mortgage approval.

MEETING WITH THE MANAGEMENT TEAM DCLIC / CLIENT’S CHOICE (DECO)

STEP 6
